End of an Era & New Beginnings!

September Gave Us Happy Endings & New Beginnings

We have had a super busy September working with fantastic developers and construction firms!

Showing that we have the resources and commitment to take on large projects, we are working with Taylor Wimpey on the huge Chester site comprising of 513 plots! We are currently doing the builders cleans on these homes and are looking forward to watching this super site progress.

We have been with Kingswood Homes in Blackburn, preparing homes for handover with our thorough sparkle cleans, and Rowlinson Homes in Wythenshaw doing builders cleans on 18 plots.

We look after Taylor Wimpey’s Barrow project, doing re-cleans to some of the 113 plots as well as show home and sales office cleans! Builders cleans and re-cleans were done for David Wilson Homes on the project in Wilmslow.

We love working with Countryside and it was the end of an era as we completed on a live site of theirs in Runcorn, the team completed the sparkle cleans on the last 2 plots at the end of September.

We moved on to new beginnings working with Lovell Homes in Crewe, doing their show home cleans and staff welfare cleans on a weekly basis. We are finding staff welfare cleans are gaining momentum as the construction industry safeguards its staff in the pandemic.

As you can see September was a really busy month and we look forward to October being just as busy!

Facilco has added a new deep cleaning service to its expertise, and it has been widely sought within the industry. Our team go onto sites and make sure ALL of the staff welfare spaces are clean and most importantly, hygienic.

How do we do this? We clean and disinfect all areas of the premises! This includes offices, toilets, dry rooms, meeting rooms, canteens and kitchens.

It includes sales and office areas, the DSE equipment, computers and keyboard cleaning. We don’t skimp on the details in our top to bottom cleans! We disinfect door handles, light switches, shelves, filing cabinets, microwaves, tables and chair legs!

How do we do this? We use specialist disinfectant with a ‘top down’ approach to ensure we capture all contact points and surfaces, and this includes windows and floors.

There is no doubt these are trying times and we are professionals in undertaking proper cleaning procedures with fully trained staff.
